Elite Capsules are the up market "user friendly" and cost effective capsule
Elite
capsules are made with polylaminate foil which is a laminate material
formed by two layers of aluminium and one layer of polyethylene in
between. Elite caps are available in a variety of sizes, colours and
print options. The capsules are applied to the bottle with a spinning
machine. The standard carton quantity = 3,024 caps.
SIZE: We offer the following diameters: 29.25mm (standard), 29.5mm and 32mm. We also offer the following lengths: 50mm, 55mm, 60mm (standard), and 65mm.
COLOURS:
We have over 20 stock colours and can also custom make you a colour to
match labels, pantone numbers etc. The minimum quantity for custom made
colours is 100,000 units. Colours can be in a matt, metallic or gloss
finish.
PRINTING:
Capsule skirts can be gravure printed (up to 4 colours) and/or hot foil
printed (up to 2 colours). Top discs can be hot foil printed and/or
embossed or gravure printed and/or embossed.
ALL CAPSULES: Come complete with airholes and separation rings for automatic distribution.
