PVC capsules are the most popular and cost effective capsule on the market

PVC capsules are available in a variety of sizes, colours and print options. The capsules are applied to the bottle with hot air or an electric resistance tunnel. The standard carton quantity = 9,100 caps.


SIZE:  We offer the following diameters: 29.5mm, 30mm (standard), 31.5mm, 32mm, 33mm, 34mm, 34.5mm, and 35.5mm. We also offer the following lengths:  50mm, 55mm, 60mm (standard),and 65mm.


COLOURS:  We have over 40 stock colours and can also custom make you a colour to match labels, pantone numbers etc. The minimum quantity for custom made colours is 100,000 units. Colours can be in a matt, metallic or gloss finish.


PRINTING:  Capsule skirts can be gravure printed (up to 4 colours) and/or hot foil printed (up to 2 colours). Top discs can be hot foil printed and/or embossed or gravure printed and/or embossed.


ALL CAPSULES:  Come complete with airholes and separation rings for automatic distribution. Tear tabs and perforations are available on request.
